LANDLORDS
Monthly Full Management Service – 12% of the annual rent
Rent Collection Service – 8% of the annual rent
Let Only Service – 7% of the annual rent
Admin Fees
Tenancy preparation – £220.00 all inc
Rent increases – £140.00 all inc
Tenancy changeover – £170.00 all inc
Deposit registration (not included with Finders Only Service) – £80 all inc
Serving notices (not included with Rent Collection or Finders Only Service) – £120 all inc
VENDORS
Sole Agency – 1.5% of sales price agreed
Multi Agency – 2% of sales price agreed
TENANTS
In line with the Tenant Fee Act 2019 there are no fees for tenants, with exception to the following –
- Tenancy Changeover Fee – £50
- Early termination Fee – tenant is liable to reimburse any Landlord associated costs. These costs include a £350 administration fee, plus any pro rata commission fees incurred by the Landlord. This fee is calculated at 12% (or lower should the commission percentage paid by your landlord be lower than the specified percentage) of the Rent for the Fixed Term period of the Tenancy.
- Holding Deposit – 1 weeks rent (deducted from balance due before start of tenancy)
Note – A holding deposit can be retained if the applicant:
- provides false or misleading information
- fails a Right to Rent check
- withdraws from a property
- fails to take all reasonable steps to enter into a tenancy agreement
